The Morwaith posses a rich and varied history, although they have managed to mostly stay out of the Northern theater they have witnessed several reforms and governments.
History[]
The Morwaith were founded following the conclusion of the Near Haradrim Civil War on April 24th 2015 by Razum_Dar (Rookieninjas). He founded the city of Razum Khan, but he was banned on May 9th 2015. This resulted in Gyldencat and gestgeorge123 becoming co-rulers with gestgeorge123 ruling the north and Gyldencat ruling the south from the city of Glydenlath
Gestgeorge123 allied with Scrubor during the Half-Troll Civil War, but he disappeared in the summer of 2015 and Gyldencat became the full ruler of the Morwaith. On May 31st 2015 he joined the New Empire of Harad, and although the New Empire collapsed within a month Glydencat later joined the Astrasi Empire on July 31st 2015. Glydencat eventually grew tired of leading and after discussions with the Astrasi Empire, named Kingopai1. the ruler of Smaland, as the Chieftain of the Morwaith on October 8th 2015.
Kingopai1 established the city of Opailath before launching a raid on the Taurethrim capital of Tol Hith, in which he brutally griefed the city and was banned on February 12th 2016. This left the Morwaith leaderless.
A new leader for the Morwaith was found when Aglarion_II joined the Morwaith on May 19th 2015. He recruited sterrieperrie99 (Nyotah), Sir_Pandahead, EnderShroom, and cow232 and they founded the city of Aglar-al-Harad. Over the course of Aglarion_II’s reign, the Morwaith grew in power until they decided that it was time to become independent of the Astrasi Empire, which they did on October 4th 2017.
Aglarion_II ultimately chose to resign on January 14th 2018 with sterrieperrie99 (Nyotah) becoming the new Chieftain. Under Nyotah’s rule, the Morwaith joined the Shadow Pact on January 25th 2019, and due to their membership of this pact they joined the Isengard-Arnor War on October 2nd 2019.
Cities and Strongholds[]
Aglar al-Harad
(meaning Glory of Harad): The capital of the Moredain Kingdom. The Royal Moredain Palace resides here. It's located on the island in the northern lake at the Nin Haecharad waypoint. Coords: X:121262 Y:63 Z:198175
Jannath al-Harad: The Southern Region's Capital, located in the province of Nan-Eará, resides on the river that flows through the forest. It is built and ruled by Chieftain Gyldencat. It is near the Kimen Kaah waypoint.
Rammas al-Harad: The Farm Village north of Aglar al-Harad is the main source of food production for the Nation. The Village is built mainly by Endershroom.
Tamsah al-Harad: The Nations trade city is located directly north of the Hunters Haunt. The city was mainly built by VeryDarkDino and later worked on by Aglarion_II himself.
Deep Harad: Located at the Deep Harad waypoint is the Savannah Palace of the Astrasi Royalties. The Empress resided here for time to time before transferring it to the Morwaith following their departure from the Astrasi Empire.
Indlu-yelanga-elikhulayo (House of the Rising Sun): Located at the Hill of the Sun. It is a multi level ziggurat built in the time of the migration into the savannah by the Moredain's ancestors making it the oldest structure in the savannah (lore wise).It was built and worked on by Ikwezi.
Belegwaeras-al-Harad: Located near the Mount Belegwaeras waypoint and built by Killieminers.
Nyumba Ya Kofia: Located at the Upper floodplains waypoint, and built by Endershroom.
Echibi Idolobha: A Morwaith settlement in the Corsair Coasts.
Idolobha elinamadwala: A settlement in the Corsair Coasts by cow232.
Cloud Forest: A settlement in the Cloud Forest built by cow232.
Nan Harnagorath: A settlement near the Far-Harad jungle built by cow232. Located at the Nan Harnagorath waypoint.
Bridge of Haraduin: A build located at the Bridge of Haraduin waypoint, built by cow232.
Lehe Le Leholo: A settlement in the Far Harad Volcano built by Rik_de_tuinboon.
